A reservation is binding once confirmed via email. For selected dates, a 30–50% deposit may be required.
Cancellation 30+ days before arrival: free of charge. 14–29 days before arrival: 30% of the total price. Less than 14 days or no-show: 100% of the total price.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Guests are liable for any damages. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.
