A reservation becomes binding once confirmed by us via email. For selected dates (high season, holidays), a deposit of 30–50% of the total price may be required.
In case of cancellation, the following deposit refund rules apply:
• 20 or more days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit.
• 10 to 19 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
• 5 to 9 days before arrival: 20% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 5 days before arrival (or no-show): the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Guests are fully liable for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM; please respect them.
